anyone thats september 12th ...lets here it stats 5'4 currently 276 i would like to lose 50lbs by christmas

I am also going to be a September 12th loser! Seems like a lifetime away. I'm 5'8 and curently 240. I would like to lose 35-40 by Christmas. What are you doing to make the time go a little faster? I seem to dwell on it everyday.

ALL i think about everyday is the surgery and ho it will be my last fat summer, I acnt seem to think of anything else, i'm going insane!
