it has been a year for me today sine my wls i went for my check up yesterday and i have lost a total of 153 lbs i started at 319 and i am down to 166 i am so excited and off all my meds now just wanted to share the good news thanks donna/miss

Congratulations on the weight loss. I too am coming up on my 1 yr ann. and just feel soooo much better and healthier. Keep up the great work!!! Isn't this the best thing we've ever done for ourselves??? Here's to a great second year.

We have the same anniversary - I am down 90# with 58 to go.
I started at 292 and am at 202 now - Can't wait till I get to the 100# mark...
