Congrats and keep it up. I am 2 yrs out also and have lost 200 lbs. I would love to lose another 50 but struggling to keep losing. My eating habits aren't the greatest. Good luck and continued success.

I HAVE PROBLEMS WITH MY WEIGHT ALSO.IT GOES UP AND DOWN!!
NOW IM AT 180 OR 190 SOMETHING. I DONT LOOK IT BUT I AM.
I ALSO GET THE MUNCHIES BUT IT ISAT NIGHT TIME..
I TAKE PILLS FOR STRESS AND TO HELP ME SLEEP AT NIGHT.WITHOUT THEM
I CAN'T SLEEP. BUT IT MAKES ME HUNGERY..
I DON'T EAT THAT MUCH!! I EXERCISE EVERYDAY. I DO WINSER POLITY FOR 20 MIN. ONE DAY, AND THE NEXT DAY I DO ADVANCED ABOBICS THAT IS A TOTAL BODY WORK OUT. I ALSO USE WEIGHTS WITH THEM..
GIRL, I GOT APPROVED FOR THE TUMMY TUCK. MY DATE IS NOV.7 03 AT 6AM...

WELL IM STILL ON A UP AND DOWN BASES. MY WEIGHT GOES UP AND DOWN!!
I DO EXERCISES EVERYDAY. MY DOCTOR SAYS THAT IT IS MY MUSCLE OUT WEIGHING MY FAT. WELL WE SHALL SEE AFTER THE TUMMY TUCK.
I WENT ALL THE WAY DOWN TO 165 LBS. BUT I LOOKED LIKE I WAS 120 POUNDS,I LOOKED SICK.. SO I TRIED TO PUT ON A LITTLE WEIGHT. SO I DID,THEN I WENT UP TOO 180, NOW EVERYBODY THINKS THAT I LOOK NORMAL,BUT I FEEL FAT AGAIN!!
I DON'T KNOW WHAT TO DO...
I LOOK LIKE IM 155 POUNDS.. I WANT TO STAY AT 170.. THAT IS MY GOAL WEIGHT..

I am down 182lbs now. I am so happy. I am wearing normal peoples clothes again. I am hoping to make it to a loss of 200lbs and now that I am so close I'm goin for it. I wish you all the happiness on your losses

well it has almost been 2 years since i had surgery, i went from 370lbs down to 155lbs !!!! i feel great !!!

My surgery was on September 18 2001 in Dallas, Tx , and I still have to lose 30 lbs. I have an appointment with my plastic surgeon in May 2004 for my TT. If I am lucky, I will get a tram flap. I had a double mastectomy 8 yrs ago and had to have implants because I was too heavy to have a tram flap. Now. the fat from my tummy may be able to replace the implants. Yee (I hope!!!) Insurance HAS to pay for that procedure if I qualify. And I am still happy too. My only problem food is beef, so I eat a lot of fish and chicken. I do think I hit the wall though. I gained 8 lbs in the last 6 months 
. Time to up my exercise, and watch the carbs (Adkins?).

It will be 2 years this Septmeber and I am also very happy that I had my surgery. I lost 100 pounds. I still need to loose some more but in the 2 years I have not put any of the weight back on. I was just approved for a tummy tuck and am waiting for approval for a breast reduction.
