Almost two years after surgery and I'm still very happy that I did it. Now I need to save up money to have a major tummy tuck!

It will be 2 years this Septmeber and I am also very happy that I had my surgery. I lost 100 pounds. I still need to loose some more but in the 2 years I have not put any of the weight back on. I was just approved for a tummy tuck and am waiting for approval for a breast reduction. Norma/Ohio

My surgery was on September 18 2001 in Dallas, Tx , and I still have to lose 30 lbs. I have an appointment with my plastic surgeon in May 2004 for my TT. If I am lucky, I will get a tram flap. I had a double mastectomy 8 yrs ago and had to have implants because I was too heavy to have a tram flap. Now. the fat from my tummy may be able to replace the implants. Yee (I hope!!!) Insurance HAS to pay for that procedure if I qualify. And I am still happy too. My only problem food is beef, so I eat a lot of fish and chicken. I do think I hit the wall though. I gained 8 lbs in the last 6 months . Time to up my exercise, and watch the carbs (Adkins?). Julia S.
