I'm 3 years out and still maintaining my ideal weight> I have fluctuated 5-6 lbs but I'll take it. I have several good friends that have gone though it since my surgery and one of them a very special friend is doing great she just had plastic surgery and is looking wonderful.....making me want to go get some nip and tucking done. Well let me tell you this is the best thing I've ever done for me. My marriage is better, my energy level is better, my kids enjoy me more.....and I have a beautiful baby boy that is the love of my life.....tell me this hasn't changed my life for the better. I might have misunderstood....I thought you were looking for people who had surgery in September of 2000. I had my surgery at BTC in Belvidere, Illinois on September 22, 2000. Greatest thing I have ever done for myself! Got rid of my diabetes, poor circulation problems, aches and pains -- and I've lost 110 pounds.....I was just shy of my 57th birthday when I had the surgery and looking forward to celebrating my 60th in October.
