Fistula Repair and RNY reconstruction in 6 days!

Next Monday I will be having my surgery!  I've been on the liquid diet for 16 days now and I'm sure I lost the 25 pounds I was supposed to lose.  I'm still concerned about the possibility of having a feeding tube but I'm sure they will do what is best for me.  I'm very excited to have this opportunity to get my surgery done!  I am determined to make the best of it.  Here's to a healthier, smaller me!

Good job on losing your weight! I am in week two of my preop diet and I am stuck at 9 pounds lost. My surgeon asked me to lose 20 in the two weeks. Seeing that weigh in is on Friday and surgery is Monday, I don't think I'll meet my goal. Which really sucks because I've lost a decent amount since my consult.
