Looking for a surgery buddy

Good luck Honey! I am having my surgery tomorrow and I am super excited. Right now I have 39 mins before no food or drink but it doesn't matter b/c I am on liquids only anyway. I am starving right now…yikes!!!

Hi Vanessa24 congratulations to you and everyone if you that has upcoming surgery. I am 3 weeks post-op from VSG surgery so I am fairly new to this but I would share with you my experience so far with any of you if you like just message me or send a friend request good luck to you all!

Hi - I am scheduled for VSG on August 18th and just started my pre-op diet today. Having a pretty good day so far but getting a caffeine headache this afternoon. I would love to have a buddy to follow in this process and welcome anyone interested.

I'm having the VSG on Aug 11th. 3 DAYS!!!! It's starting to sink in! The pre-op diet has been rough at times, but I know it'll be worth it. I've heard about OH for months now but only joined today so I would love to have some buddies as well!

I have been on this liquid diet for 8 days now. It is horrible. I am hungry all the time, yet I have to cook for the family. I want to cheat, but I feel so guilty. I am so sick of protein shakes.

How are things going?  I had surgery August 4th. I would love to hear how others are doing that had the surgery around the time I did. 

Sorry. Just seen this. I had surgery on Aug 26,2014 and I would also like to have those who are at about the same step, progress and even set backs that I am at. Been through the belly pain, the stall, the weight gain, nausea, stall again, taking in too much sodium, weighing myself too much and so forth. I'm at about 8 weeks now and it has been very interesting! Not losing every week.  How about you guys?
