VSG on 08/11/14

I'm in the August club. My surgery is August 11. I'm having the VSG. I'm so excited. Hope the best for everyone here.

RNY on 08/19/14

My RNY is on August 19, 2014 at Toronto East General Hospital with Dr. Cyriak. Currently in my first of 3 weeks of Optifast! Good luck and Godspeed in your surgery. The journey of a thousand miles begins with a single step! Woot Woot!

I'm nervous...determined...a bit excited...a bit dreading it in some ways...all normal. All in all, this is a profound blessing and a new lease on life for us. Hang in there!
