I was denied for lap band last year, Sep 3rd and now have a date for gastric sleeve on August 2nd. woo hoo!!! good luck to everyone. its soooo exciting!!!!!

I'm having the RNY on August 2nd, 2010! Still holding my breath between now and then that nothing changes with the pre-op testing!

August 9th! My jaw dropped when they told me I had to be in the hospital and prepped by 7:30 a.m. Folks I HATE getting up early. BUT for this I'd stay up for 48 hours if I had to. Just say'n.

Good luck August folks. We are awesome! I can't help but think I'll lose a lot of weight during the fall and winter and by next summer I'll be able to show off my new bod!
