Yea I am totally excited and terrified at the same time.My preop is on Aug 14th. Are you on a preop diet yet? My doc put me on protein meal replacement shakes 2 a day and a small meal like a lean cuisine. I am having the sleeve done. What are you having? If you would like we can stay pen pals and keep each other in line? Great to know that someone has the same date as me.

i just found out this morning that i am schedule for the 18th..... im sooooo excited but scared all at the same time. i guess it doesnt help that we move august 1st and i start college on the 24th... man is my head spinning!

I am August 3rd also. 3 days into liquid diet and starving!! need some inspiration! must need to drink more water because the headaches are starting.
one thing that is helping is the chicken and beef broth. i like soup and eat it alot so the act of using a spoon helps tremendously. but it is just a lot of sodium!

Topic: lap band aug 3rd
anyone else starving? i am on the 2 week liquid diet. My blood sugars are lower than they have ever been so feeling kind of woozy. need some encouragement!!! all i can think about is food!!!!
