My surgery is on August 17th, too!! I am so excited, I keep trying to make a youtube update, but can't seem to calm myself down to do it!! When I am very excited, I turn into "Mama Klump" from The Nutty Professor! LOL!

The days really do seem to be going faster. I have my pre-op on Aug 3 so I think for me the surgery date will really set in then. I am so nervous 
and happy at the same time. But, when I feel like that I look at all I have been through to get the approval and a surgery date to turn back now. I also realize life with the surgery has to be a whole lot better then without because this weight is just draining me. So don't worry about the negative just look at all of the postive things that is going to come out of this for the both of us

I don't start my pr-op diet until the 3rd. I think I am more afraid of failing the pre-op diet than I am of surgery. LOL
I can hardly wait until food is in the background of my life.
