My highest weight was 359, Surgery Weight 348, I am currently 283. So that would be 65lb since surgery.

Hi my fellow August surgery babies, how is your progress? I have lost a total of 63 lbs, my surgery weight was 350 with my highest having been 375, so i'm happy.

I'm doing this because I want to wear thigh high boots or simple leg boots and the stilettos I got and wore before I became 312lbs ( now that I'm this weight I don't even look twice at high heels)...............actually I'm lying I work in Bakers Shoes Call Center
I want to be one of the pieces of eye candy in the room for once
I want my knees and back to stop aching when I walking too long, stand too long, hell sit too long
I want to walk and not breathe so hard that I am sure that others who are around me can hear me leaving me to feel embarassed and self conscious
I want to jog at least 30 minutes on a treadmill or track
I want to wear any type of clothing flattering to a petite curvy figure which is what I imagine is going to be but who knows what I'll look like after all the weight is off I still want my booty though lol lol
I want my boyfriend to also pick me up off the couch when I'm sleepy hell even pick me up during sexual activity

Hey.
I had my surgery on the same day as you. How have you been doing? The doctor told me that I need to up my excercise. I am just 9 weeks out and have only lost 65 pounds. I felt pretty good about that but he was like "you need to excercise more, you need to watch what you eat more". I try to keep it at 700 -800 calories per day with 70 grams of protein but it is hard. I am not sure where I need to be. My nutritionist says to watch the protein and strive to get the 70 grams and not worry so much about the calories......I was just wondering where you are at?
