In mi case I only have 5 days of liquid diet. I can only have 3 protein shakes a day, 2 yogurts. Free: chicken broth, j-ello, sugar free popsicles, water and decaf coffe. That's ALL.

Today is my fifth day, and after midnight I can eat nothing cause tomorrow is the surgery!

I am doing pretty good now. I am past the post liquid diet and pureed stage so now I can eat soft/mashable foods. I haven't had any problems with food since surgery. However I don't see this as a good thing. I found my appetite is back and I need to be very careful not to over eat; which as we all know is HARD that's way we need this surgery! So I am trying not to get too hard on myself and am very anxious to start getting my fills. I was told you can start getting your fills a month after surgery so my first fill is scheduled for Sept 10th. I was down 20 pounds as of Monday (that includes my presurgery liquid diet loss of 11 pounds).

How is your liquid Diet going? You only have 5 days of a liquid diet? That's awesome mine was 10! And the day before surgery I could only have clear liquids but that was a lot easier then I excepted! All in all it was hard but I never cheated so I rewarded myself by buying a new scale!!. Setting up the reward really helped for me!
