Weight loss tickers...

I can't get mine to work.  I have cut and pasted all the formats they gave me and the message I get with each on it they cannot be more than 144 pixels tall.  Help!!!

if you go onto your health tracker there is a tap there for tickers. I gave up on the ticker factory one and am using this one and it works
