Less than 2 weeks to wait!

I'm August 27th also!!! So excited and doing the full Optifast. How bout you?

How is the Optifast going? Surgeons really vary in their presurgery diets. I just have to do clear liquids the day before. You are probably already losing.

I have started losing:) but honestly I would be surprised if I didn't!!!! I am only allowed to have 4 optifast drinks and 1 optifast bar per day.

So I am pretty hungry and just trying to distract myself!!!!

I keep on telling myself one day at a time...

I am "last suppering" a little every day. I need to start eating low fat tomorrow. I have been able to cut the caffeine down to 1/2 cup of coffee a day.

A lady who had surgery several years ago mentioned that the surgery is "the opportunity of a lifetime".  I am trying to keep focusing on that idea.

Hi there! I'm 2 days before you but I wanted to say it's getting closer! I'm sooo excited well 95% excited 5 % nervous. how about you?

I am a little nervous, too. I am looking forward to being off work for a while, and not being hungry all the time.

i AM 80% EXCITED AND 20% NERVOUS. ONE WEEK FROM TODAY

I am also scheduled to  have surgery on the 27th.  Hope to hear how you are doing.  I will try and post as soon as I get home.  I look to this site for encouragement, and yes I am nervous too.
