Aug 18th is the day... trying to stay in my head.  I am like one of the previous.  Was good right up until about Wednesday. Insomnia like a mug.... Had to get unisom... Now on liquid clear fluids today and tomorrow. Not so bad, I find that drinking my liquids warm makes me feel satisfied longer.    Wishing all of you all the best on our new life journey.  When the count down begins.
