Aug 21st my surgery day

Aug 21st is my surgery day and I am going to have gastric bypass surgery..I'm looking for someone that has around the same day as me ..I know it is going to be hard just want some one to talk to that is going throught the same thing as me...

I am scheduled for surgery Tuesday August 18 at 10:00 Am as an outpatient.  I am concerned about the recovery time since school starts Aug. 24th.  I am a little bit scared. The pre-op diet is hard for me. Hopefully, we can support each other.

well it looks like we are having surgery the same day. I go in to admitting at 7:00 a.m. and my surgery is at 10:00 a.m.So it looks like we will be on our journey together! Good luck  Amanda! feel free to contact me with questions, support, enocouragement,etc. I'm here for you!

Good luck... This is the best choice you will ever make. I had mine in 2002 and I am still loving it!!! Good luck! 

My surgery is 8/21 as well... I am having the Lap Band prodecure..... I have my pre-op tomorrow!
