I saw your pictures. You're so very beautiful! I can imagine you love life more now, without the 200 extra lbs. Great to have read your "success"story. I'm sure, for me this is the right thing to do.

I WISH U THE BEST. U CAME THIS FAR. ITS UR TIME NOW!!! UR DO GOOD JUST THINK ABOUT SHOPPING!! 

 MINE IS FRIDAY. I SCARED BECAUSE IM DRINKING THIS OPTIFAST 5x A DAY AND IM STILL HUNGRY. MY DOCTOR SAID I SHOULD LOSE AT LEASE  15 POUNDS DRINKING THIS STUFF 2 WEEKS B4 SURGERY. BUT I DONT SEE IT. IM SCARE I ATE DIFFERENT LITTLE( NOT NO MEAT JUST YUGURT N NUTS) THINGS N I HOPE I DIDNT GAIN NO WEIGHT. SO ONE OF MY FRIENDS THAT HAD THE SURGERY  TOLD ME TO EAT GREENS SOMETHING THAT WOULD GO THROW ME SNICE I STILL BE HUNGRY AFTER I DRINK THE OPTIFAST. 

I'm so lucky that I live in Holland, we don't have to do this liquid diet that all the people here are talking about. I can eat (little bits) of normal (protein)food', low fat, no sugar and low calories. That optifast doesn't taste well I heard, for a few days I used "modifast" I think that's awfull.
Thinking about shopping will help me through    
Wish you all the best on Friday, maybe you can eat cucumber, drink buttermilk or eat an apple. I know I needed to eat something before I went to bed (couldn't sleep with an empty stomach).

How was your surgery (mine was aug 12)? How are you feeling now?
I had no problems at all, and I'm feeling quit good. Course I lost weight, in total I think it is about 12 kilo (26,5 lbs).
How are your hungry feelings? It changed after surgery didn't it?
