Surgery went to easy

Ok I'm back from my surgery and every thing went well I did what most of the people said to do on this board and walked the halls all night after the first hour almost all pain and gas was gone and as the night progressed it got better and better and all pain is now gone, every thing is like it never happened. I have tenderness of the throat but that is because of the tube they stick down your throat with the balloon to inflate the pouch for the band I was in the hospital with 4 other people and they would not walk and when morning came they was in worse pain than when they started, so when its your turn walk walk walk it really does help and don't forget to sip your watter I did that and crystal light man I could not be happier.

Awesome....That's the news we all want to share !! I am on my 2nd week of the liquid diet just waiting for the 17th to get here...But so far so good.

I'll second the walking thing as well! Walk as much as you can. You may feel weak, I did a few times, but the walking keeps the gas away. I spent my second night in the hospital walking the halls to keep the gas at bay!
