Let's Come Together...Prayer For August Surgeries

My dear Hope...thank you for the kind words...you made me cry actually. I've just been a wealth of emotions these last fews days and I can't wait for Monday to come and go already. Although my family is very supportive I don't know what I'd do without my OH family.

God bless and let's get ready for that loser's bench!

Ronnie,  I am doing VSG on Monday also.  How unbelievably thoughtful of you to write such a beautiful prayer for others when you could be thinking only of yourself.  You will be in my prayers and in the prayers of many.  God bless you for your kindness and God speed.  See you on the other side also.

What an amazing prayer and just what i needed to hear tonight.  It echos many of my own personal prayers but i do believe when His followers come together in one accord...mighty things happen and that is what i'm believing for! 

I will keep you all in my prayers.  My VSG is on Aug. 11th and i would appreciate any prayers offered that day!

Ms Ronnie - thank you so much for your lovely prayer.  Reading this really gave me a sense of peace and helped me remember that at times it's best to just put your trust in a higher power and let him look out for you.  My surgery is scheduled for Monday and the jitters are starting to kick in a bit!  Happy ones...honest! :-)

What a wonderously annointed Christian you are. Those beautiful words, flawlessly rendered are indeed the words directly from our Savior, Jesus Christ. He has definately used you, to speak to all of the people who are scheduled for August surgery's.This prayer has given me the "Peace that Passes all Understanding" that the Bible tells us of.
 
I am going to print this prayer and post it in my hospital room, so all of the staff can read it and know that they are being lifted up. I hope this is OK with you. Something this beautiful must be there for the world to read.

Thanks for the kind words and I too have that peace that passes all understanding.

My surgery is tomorrow at 11am and I'm thrilled that God has opened this door for me to experience newness in life with WLS.

I am right there with you. I will be in constant prayer for you tomorrow, that God will keep you sealed in his hands as you go through this day, and all the days to come. I am Grateful to God for giving me this website to witness to others of his saving grace and mercy, and how he has blessed me a thousand times over. The final decision is theirs, but it's our duty to plant the seed. At 11:00 I will bein my quite time with our Lord. and remember "JOY cometh in the MORNING"
