I finally got my date

Congratulations, me too!

Congratulations ladies...this is my date too! I'm having the VSG done in NYC with Dr. Yatco and I'm thrilled, scared and excited.

Praying God's best for uneventful surgeries and great recoveries.

Good luck to you... drop me a line and let me know how you are doing after surgery.. it will be nice to have someone that is going through the same thing...we can motivate one another...

Same here, Ladies! I look forward to keeping in touch with you all along this Journey.  Is either of you starting your liquid pr-op diet this week?I am and I am looking forward to the challenge.

As of the 6th, I will be on a No red meat or leafy vegetable diet, and then on the ninth,  full liquids, with a 10oz magnesium citrate chaser before bed...oh joy...lol. Good luck with the liquid diet.

My date is the August 10th also :)  Getting Excited, Nervous and Motivated !!  Good luck and lets keep in touch :)

Congrats on the surgery date.. Good luck to you... I am also nervous, I cant wait though. It has been a tough road just to get here.  We should definitely keep in touch, we can help motivate one another.
