Surgery Date Aug 26th! Woop Woop!

I finally got a date for surgery after waiting and fighting the insurance companies for over 10 years. I will be having it done at Sweedish Medical Center in Denver with Dr. Tillquist. Anyone having it done on that same date or the same week? or have had the procedure done by him?

Wow, that is a long fight with the insurance company!  You must be flying with the clouds knowing that you won and your surgery day is just around the corner!!!

I think I am some where above the clouds! lol I am excited but nervous all at the same time.  I have waited for so long for this to happen for me, I thought it would not ever happen.  Now I can not wait to start loosing the weight to see what life will be like being a smaller version of me.  I have not ever been a small or thin person my whole entire life.  I am ready!  I would like to find someone who is getting ready to take the same journey as me to buddy up with to take the trip with, with all the ups and downs in the road of the path that we are about to travel down.

I am having my sleeve done on Aug 25th. In Springdale, AR.
