dont be scared!! it really not that bad they keep you conforable. thats for sure. i ahd vbg on fri aug 1st in the next two days i should almst be fully back to normal. To day im not so tird and i feel refreshed.

I am about one week away from surgery. I have been drinking protein shakes for over two weeks and trying all kinds of things My best purchase was a new blender by Hamilton Beach with 8 settings including smoothie and ice drink. I bought the new Hazelnut sugar free on the go cappuccino drink mix. I add this to warm skim milk or water and add a bit of vanilla , a dash of sugar free creamer and 1 scoop of vanilla EAS protein. You can add ice if you want it cool. It is delicious. I only buy vanilla protein. You can do so much more with it.

I had the lap-band a couple years ago when I was 22..I tooootally cheated on my pre-op diet..I couldnt help it! I think I broke down and ate a happy meal and lived off of eggdrop soup and puddings..But there was no trouble after surgery..I also refused to drink that saline solution they make you drink..It is disgusting and keeps you on the pot for hours! so yeah..I didnt follow the rules but thank god everything worked out
