my cousin didn't have to do the preop diet either. I guess it depends on the doctor and the program.

Revision
I am about to have a revision from a gastric stapling in 1984 to an open revision to rny. I also have a ventral hernia. Even though I had my original procedure almost 25 yrs. ago, from everything I understand, this will be a daunting task. Is there anyone out there with a similar situation who can share their experience with me?

One more for the 19th...I didNOT have to do a special diet, go figure...Pre op stuff on the 14 maybe they save it for then ?
