Less than 24 hours before my surgery. I am really looking forward to getting it over with, and to enjoy the 3 weeks I will be off work

Hey guy's me again.... Well the day is finally here!!! I go tommorrow morning to ey my bypass done. I am stilla little scared but handling it pretty good. The scariest part for me is the sctual surgery and WAKING UP after...lol I have never had any surgery before this... so is there anyone else that is hving surgery tommorrow???? if so I wish all of you the best of luck and hopefully next week w will all be happy and telling each other wonderful stories abou our new road in life.... god bless and good luck to everyone..

Up your protien, take biotin at least 5mg , NOT mcg.... And try Biotin Shampoo and conditioner . I get it on Amazon and starter it pre RNY to sustain the hair and nails through the Surgery and post op weight loss. Hope that helps

I, personally, have not turned down for a fill but I have heard several others complain about this. Some Drs are more conservative with fills and feel that if you are losing adequately and not eating too much, they do not want to do one for you. Talk to your Dr, maybe he will let you come in soon for another one. I would insist if I felt I needed one. I had two fills already and made appts for fills for once a month for the next several months. My Dr is really popular! GOOD LUCK!!!!!!!
