It's got to be nice.....I can't even remember being below 200 but then I've got double that still. I'm just trying to be patient. I should try increasing my protein too. Thanks for the tip!
Karen,
Our stats are almost exactly the same. I'm 5'5, was 259 the day of surgery and today weigh 227. I'm not exercising much but get in most of my protein usually. I haven't lost anything in 3 weeks either. Surely it won't last much longer. Surely I'm not through losing?
My RnY was 8/21,and as of 10/31, I'm down about 45 pounds, and very happy about it. I heard that you lose the most weight in the first 6 months, so I can't wait to see how much I have lost by christmas!

I am just over two months out..and actually weighed at 2months out and was down 65 pounds! I can't believe it. I still see my fat self in the mirror but have to admit I am losing all over since my pants are falling off when I run... and YES! I do mean run. I have soooo much more energy and I am so thankful for the weightloss. I feel great! The only thing I regret is that I didn't do it 20 years ago. Hope everyone is doing well and I would love to hear how you all are doing.
