It's been 3 weeks for me also, I eat cream of wheat,or instant oatmeal with peaches,I add skim milk but no sugar.
If I am in a hurry I drink a protein drink.
I'll be 4 weeks tomorrow. I start my day with a cup of yogurt, protein juice and protein powder. I mix it like a smoothie and drink on it all morning. For some reason my taste for protein drinks with a milk base changed and now they make me sick.
