ALL is good now!! Got a new date for RNY~ August 25th!!

My orignial date was May 27, but at my post op... a red flag was raised with my heart. So...3 months later...all is given the go ahead now! Looking for others to "hang with " through our journey!!

Good for you. I am having a revision. I have one or more fistulas and multiple hernias from a 1986 RNY. Two postponements and one game plan change, I have seen a new surgeon ( I arrived armed with my medical reports). He has a game plan based on my history. I have to have a contrast cat scan, a release from my Pri Care Phy and expect to be operated shortly. A revision (fistula) does not require pre authorization. It is a medical necesslty.
