Lap Band August 7th - Any good advice???

After 2 years of fretting - Lap Band Surgery August 7th - Good bye blubber - I would love to keep in touch with some like minded people.

Hi Dee Dee, It also took me 2 years to decide to have lapband surgery,then I finally got up enough nerves to do it. I had my surgery on July 25th and I am down 30lbs and I feel great. I had my first fill today and I'll be on liquids for 2 days and you know what it doesn't even botherme. Once you get your surgery and start dropping those pounds you are going to feel so good about yourrself. You are going to have a whole new outlook on life. I wish you the best and keep in touch.
