Hi everyone! This morning I weighed 131.5. My personal goal to be labeled OF NORMAL WEIGHT is 132 for my height. So, now, I am considered not even overweight, just normal. This is the weight I wanted to get to, and now that I am here, I am at peace. Thanks to ALL of you for your support. I could not have done this without you. Each and every one of you is an inspiration to me, and I appreciate you all so much. Have a wonderful weekend, and remember, this lady in Oklahoma prays for you every day! YAY! CONGRATULATIONS TO YOU! That is totally awesome. I am very happy for you. You are an example for all of us. You should start your own support group (you already have one on here lol). I saw my surgeon today at almost 11 months out from surgery and she's REALLY happy with my loss and compliance. She told my husband and I that I'm the example everyone should follow! THAT made me feel REALLY good! She also told me that I've probably reached my peak in the loss process and not to expect too much more. I'm completely happy with where I'm at. I bought a pair of size SIX jeans today.....woooohooooo!! I never dreamed I'd EVER wear a size 6 again Thank you to all of you who have helped inspire me and keep me accountable!! We're all a WONDERFUL bunch of losers! I love you all sooooo much!! Have a STUPENDOUS weekend! Brenda

Hi Becky! I was told same basic thing as Kathleen. I do protein first, fiber next and water water water. I also try to get in at LEAST 5000-7000 steps a day on my pedometer. I park at the farthest parking spot in the parking lot, take the stairs when available, walk fast and don't save myself steps in any chore i do. The more movement the better. HI there. You guys constantly keep me on the straight and narrow. I know I would not do as well without you. This morning I weighed 133...a new low for me and one pound away from my personal goal. It is because I have really focused on protein and water this week, Tara, and it has worked! You all have a wonderful weekend! Much love!

Hi Becky! My Dr. told me about 1000-1200 calories a day. It is REALLY difficult for me to get that much in. I still just try to get the 60 grams protein and fiber first. Hope that helps...I dunno if every Dr. has different rules or what. That is just what I was told. Have a great day!
