Last night my partner fixed pork chops. Well, I haven't eaten pork yet and (don't tell her I said this) she makes the driest pork chops in the world. But, of course, I said I would try them. Oh so not a good idea! Foamies and yakking big time for about an hour. She was so traumatized that she said she never wants to look at a pork chop again. I think if I do try them again, I'll cook 'em. ;)

Hi everyone! I had another procedure done this morning (Tues, Oct. 9th) to dilate my esophagus. Hopefully this time will be the last! I've started to see the scale move again. Hallelujah!!!
