Tammy I bought a Wii game system about a month ago and I have so much fun. My favorites are Boxing and Tennis. The boxing wares me out but I feel so energized afterwards. It's very motivating.

Ok, I think I have found one the best workouts you can have. It is so much fun. And guess what? It involves a TV & a video game! Can you believe it?! Have you heard the new Wii game from Nintendo? You actually play standing up and moving. The game comes with a game that you get to bowl, play tennis, baseball, golf and boxing. You simulate the actually movements. You get to sweating and moving. Tonight we "bowled" for about an hour and then hit some baseballs. Too much fun. Just thought I'd share.

I haven't had too many problems with meat. I do find ground beef goes down quite well...I eat chili, meatloaf and meatballs. I haven't tried an actual piece of steak yet. I also eat a lot of salmon.

I've been lucky and haven't had any problems with any meat. On occasion chicken breast will get stuck, but after a few minutes it settles down. I haven't had any come back up. I prefer meats that are cooked in a sauce, like beef stew. That way it's really tender and I don't have to chew as long.

i dont yet meat alone..sometimes tuna salad/chicken salad (thin cut), turkey chili. i was never a meat eater but have done well with those. same goes with fish, hate seafood but after surgery made a sacrifice just so i can get the protein. good luck. try different ways of preparing it..i usually eat tuna fish/chicken salad on a tostada or cracker, same with chili.

Believe it or not I can eat almost any meats, however....... If I eat it to dry, or to big without chewing it well then it comes back up especially Tuna, but my meats have to be juicy or I use low calorie ranch dressing with it to help it go down, bu****ch those salad dressings for sugar, I use the hidden Valley Ranch one and it hasn't bothered me yet. Shrimp has been my bestfriend, I boil them and deep in ****tail sauce that has been yummy for me but I have to chew, chew, chew for all my meats. Good luck hun. Donna S Ft. Stewart GA
