Ok, let me see. I have lost 5 lbs since last Monday. That's 24 post-op and a total of 84 lbs so far. I know I am not eating enough and my body is trying to hold on to every bit, but I'm trying to eat more. I had an open RNY on 8/28/07

I love the weekly weigh-in. It lets me see how fast other people are losing. It helps me feel better about my own loss. Surgery (8/27) - 250 lbs Today - 218 lbs Total - 32 lbs.

I also have problems with meat! I did try some Talapia (fish) from sams club.. Its MY BESY FRIEND right now. I'ts so tender and cook so fast, just a few min. One filet makes two meals for me.. I've made it with butter, and once cooked in with some salsa, yummoo! I'll give meat a try again but not right now!! I also was able to eat sardins.. HAVE A GREAT DAY EVERY ONE!

Good morning everyone! I think this is a great idia! I think I'm a slow loser, but still a loser. Lol... Start: 341 pre op : 330 sirgery date: 8/20/07 curent: 295.. Finally under 300.. Yahoo this week lost 4 lb total 46lb. Every one keep up the good work, and have a great week..
