Topic: RE: WHAT IS EVERY-ONE EATTING????
Let me start by saying I'm a slower loser compared to some of you guys. I had surg on 8/7 and I've lost 32lbs so far. But, I really only had 80 to lose total...so I'm ok. I'm hoping to reach goal by my 1 year anniversary.
As far as eating goes, I've been pretty lucky that I can tolerate just about everything I've tried. I haven't really tried anything with sugar, but I do eat carbs now and again (mostly whole wheat bread or crackers)
So...for breakfast I usually have a protein shake. Sometimes when I run out of milk and haven't made it to the grocery store, I'll have some deli meat and cheese rolled up and 1/2 a protein bullet at some point throughout the day.
Lunch varies between soup, Lean Cuisine or WW meal, grilled chicken snack wrap from McDonalds, subway, or a salad.
Dinner has been either shrimp burrito w/ low carb tortilla and a little bit of beans, or chicken/steak and veggies, soup, turkey and mashed cauliflower (kind of like mashed potatoes).

There isn't much I havent' tried with the exception of sugar. I just dont' eat much. For breakfast it's yogurt or oatmeal. (NUT says I need more protein for breakfast) for lunch I normally do a WW dinner or something along those lines. For dinner it just depends. MAny nights I dont' eat dinner. Last night it was chicken salad. I normall average about 600 calories a day. I have got to work on getting in more protein. Just wish I like protein drinks and bars more.

Topic: RE: how much do you consume in a day?
Good Morning Ruth,
as for me I'm only eating 1/4 to1/3 cup of food per meal..
Breakfast, most day I have cream of wheat, once a week, some egg and bacon..
lunch alittle of whatever I find from yesterdays dinner. Dinner a piece of fish has been the easyest for me so far, sometimes I can do chicken, and a shall amount of veggies..
sometimes I wonder if I shouldent try and eat more, since I seem to be losing slow!
I very rarley have a snack, since I'm not hungery..
And yes it all fits on one plate, right in the center, not anything like what my plate use to look like.. lol.. And sometimes I dont even finish what I serve myself..

Topic: how much do you consume in a day?
I was just curious.... How much food do you consume per meal in a day. I mean like how many ounces for breakfast, lunch, and dinner? Could it all fit on one plate? Isn't it odd how before we could not have made it on such portions?

Guess what? I did some calculations from last weeks weigh loss posts.
Twenty Five of us responded. We have lost 947lbs combined. HOLY COW
That is an average of 38lbs a piece. Way to go everyone
**Avg loss depends on several factors** Our low was 24lbs and our high was 51lbs. But most of us fell between 32 & 40lbs.
We all rock!
Each Monday I'll try and share this info after everyone posts. (we can add as we go like as suggested by Noble as well)
