Hello Everyone! Just a quickie to let you know that I just hit my 3rd year surgiversary on August 10, 2007. Highest Weight 286. Current Weight 158.

We could learn a lot from crayons:
some are sharp, some are pretty,
some are dull, some have weird names,
& all are different colors....but they
ALL exist very nicely in the same box.

I am up a couple of lbs from my lowest weight, but generally stay within 5 lbs either way. It is more difficult than everyone thinks it is to maintain a lifestyle that keeps us on track and on our amazing wls journey. Everyone is doing well. Wishing you contiued success.
