Surgiversary today!

Well today is my surgiversary! I am 170 lbs down. Have about 50 more to go. I have posted a picture on my profile. I just can't get over how great I feel. Years go by quickly for me lately....and usually I am sitting here saying I have gained since last year...not anymore! I am just so happy I decided to have the surgery. Wish I had done it years ago.

Congratulations to you!!!!  Isn't it amazing how in a year your body can change so drastically?  I too wish I had had the surgery years ago.  But, we finally did and are doing well so that is all that matters!! Again, Congrats!!!

Congratulations.  Amazing loss in one year.  Now we have to make up for all the things we couldn't or wouldn't do when we were obese.  Sounds like fun doesn't it.
