Questions please

Being this far out, how many calorie should be taken in on a daily basis?

Hi Becky! My Dr. told me about 1000-1200 calories a day. It is REALLY difficult for me to get that much in. I still just try to get the 60 grams protein and fiber first. Hope that helps...I dunno if every Dr. has different rules or what. That is just what I was told. Have a great day!

Hi Becky! I was told same basic thing as Kathleen. I do protein first, fiber next and water water water. I also try to get in at LEAST 5000-7000 steps a day on my pedometer. I park at the farthest parking spot in the parking lot, take the stairs when available, walk fast and don't save myself steps in any chore i do. The more movement the better.
