Questions please

I was told same basic thing as Kathleen. I do protein first, fiber next and water water water. I also try to get in at LEAST 5000-7000 steps a day on my pedometer. I park at the farthest parking spot in the parking lot, take the stairs when available, walk fast and don't save myself steps in any chore i do. The more movement the better. You're doing GREAT!! hang in there and keep up the awesome work!
