ten months today

Just realized today is my ten month anniversary...almost exactly to the minute of my surgery. It is AMAZING how quickly the time has gone. I am soooo very thankful for this surgery. It has given me back my health. I have lost 146 lbs. and have four more pounds to go to get to goal. I am very blessed. Have a great day all!

Wayyyyyy to gooooo, Kath! You're an AMAZING woman and a HUGE inspiration! 4 lbs to goal! I'm still at 25-30 lbs to goal, but you know, if I stay at this weight and never lose another pound I'm still much happier, healthier and fit than I was 106+ lbs ago! I'm amazed how fast this past 10 months has gone! My 10 monthiversary was on the 2nd. I can't believe it's almost a year already! What a journey! I can't wait to see what the rest of my life holds for me. And I can't wait to see what the rest of our journies together hold! I love ya girl! Keep up the great work! Brenda
