Hi ladies! Dunno what is going on with me...I am up to 144 now (sigh). Been working out and walking as usual...dunno if I am just hitting a stall or if I am gaining muscle. Was like super constipated all week...just starting to get better finally. Period due in two weeks too...HELP! Any suggestions :{. This is my first stall and my first time going up instead of down and it sucks. I weigh myself every day so should I stop? Did anyone else do this? HELP ME!!!!!!!!!!!! More water? More calories? Suicide lol? Let me know please...love to all and congrats all u losers!
I went through that a couple months ago. I eat a lot of pork and chicken and I noticed when I would up my red meat intake I dropped some pounds. I also was having a hard time getting in more tha 500 cals a day. I literally have to force food down my throat still. When I get in 1000 cals I notice my weight loss jump starting again. It also may just be water retention from getting ready to start your period. It could also be from the constipation. Even though its getting better you may still be retaining a little from. Not too worry! You have lost way more than you gained!!

Lost almost 3 lbs after a little slow down in the past few weeks! Looks like everyone is doing great. Kathleen I agree with Tia. I have had more calories this week than ever since surgery and my weight finally started to come down again. I think your body might be conserving. can't compare this week to last week really - I can say I am down about 4 lbs. My pattern iis that I lose two weeks out of the month - the two right after Aunt Flo. Then I hold pretty steady - up maybe a pound or tow in water then Aunt Flo, then down about 5-7 lbs. At this rate I should be at goal well before August!!!

Well, my dr appt is tomorrow and I didn't make the 100# of wt loss I wanted to be at but I'm close. I can say that my lack of losing the extra pounds is probably due to what I ate last week for staff appreciation week at work. We had extra food every day and an ice cream/cake social on Friday. I did good and asked for the carb control ice cream but still.... oh, well, that's life isn't it. LOL. Have a great week everyone!
