Anyone having headaches?????

Im just wondering if anyone else is having terrible headaches and if so, how do you cope with them because mine is killing me. I had my blood drawn today, maybe its the B1 idk.

The only time I've had severe headaches was when I wasn't getting all my water in...I can always tell when I'm slipping because I will get low-grade headaches in the middle of the day.... Hope you figure it out! xxxbecca

I get them when i dont have enough water for a couple of days or when more then 5 hours go by where i dont eat anything .. I hope you feel better.

thanks guys, its probably the water and all my labs are back and im deficient in Vit D so I'm taking 50,000 extra a week for 8 weeks. I was also a little dehydrated so thats where the headaches are coming from. thanks again.

Before my surgery I used to get headaches several times a week. I think in the past 8 months I may have had 2 or 3. Personally I think getting all that caffiene out of me did it. that and the other junk I had been eating.
