Spring Break is over...Time to get back on track!!

Ok so these last few days I have slipped...no exercise, not because I do not want to, but noone to watch the munchkins as they were home for spring break. So, tomorrow morning, it is to the gym James lol. Will be interesting to get on the scale and see the damage of one week without exercise...I truly do miss it. So...how are you going to start YOUR week? Have a good one!!

I am going to start my week by getting on the 5 day pouch test and exercising! I have slipped and have no weight loss for the last three weeks so need to get things rolling again! Have a great week and fun at the gym!!

I had been on a major stall and started recording my food intake and approx calories....an eye opener for sure! This last week I have done well (except for Easter Day...ooops) and managed to lose 3 lbs. I hope it works again this week. My weight loss is somewhat behind what I had hoped it would be at 7 months out. All I can do now is try harder and I will.
