Hi Everyone! highest weight: 254 day of surgery: 221 surgery date: Aug. 2, 2007 today's weight: 157 total loss: 97 lbs No weight loss this week, but I'm not worried, it's not a bad thing...been a rough week.....toooooo much stress in school. I didn't eat like I should. I bet of the past week I only got in all my protein and fluids once Next week will be better for sure! Have a grrrrrrrreat week everyone! Hey Noble...where are you lately? Weight surgery day: 336 Surgery Date August 6, 2007 Todays weight 221 Total loss 115 Loss this week 5 pounds I am going to the gym 5 days a week.

This week was a little disappointing but i will get through it. Tomorrow I have my 6 month check up with my doctor and can not wait to find out how my labs were. Surgery Date 8/28/07 start - 286 today - 215 total losed - 71 lbs total this week - 1 lbs at least it was one lbs. Some weeks I don't loss anything.
