I went to the doctor last week and they called and said my B12 numbers are so low I have to have B12 shots every 2 weeks for 2 months and they will check the numbers again. Has anyone else had this? Is there anything else I can do?
I take Sublingual B-12 that is 2500mcg from Walmart. My PCP says all my labs were good. Now I don't know if the surgeon will agree so I will have to wait 2 weeks before I go and see him.
My B-12 was low at 3 months so I get B-12 shots montly at my PCP and I take a Sublingual B-12 supplement daily. I just had my 6 month labs, and my levels were good, so I am going to keep up with the shots/supplements.
