6 Month Anniversary

Today I am six months out from my surgery. I lost 30lbs just before surgery and have lost 85lbs since 08/27/07 for a grand total of 115 lbs. I still have quite aways to go for goal weight but, even if I don't lose another pound, it will have been worth it. I have a life again....I can walk, I don't take diabetes medication, I am down to one blood pressure pill, I'm not ashamed to be seen in public, I can take a shower without sitting down, I can tie my own shoes, I don't have to move the driver's seat back after my husband uses it, I can sit in a booth, my back pain is bearable and, best of all, my family is proud of me.

Hi Donna, That is great wor****ep it up. You are doing great. Today is also my 6 month anniversary and I feel great. I lost a total of 68 lbs. Good luck on the next 6 months.
