Have lost the same two pounds two weeks in a row:-(
I have lost and gained the same two pounds two weeks in a row, and I'm very frustrated. I seem to be on a very long stall right now and am very discouraged and depressed about it. I'm so worried that I am gaining all the weight back that I have lost. I have lost 80lbs since my surgery date, last week it was 82.5 lbs. I have had so many failures in the past regarding my weight, I am freaking out!!
Thanks for reading,
Hiedi
Hiedi, 80 lbs is great thats what we all seem to be losing in 6mo. We all have gone through this up and down fustration, dont get down on yourself, maybe you need to jump start the weight lost, I always try something different for me I eat alittle more or drink an extra protien drink for a few days, this seems to shock my weight lost or I change my exercise and do extra 30 min.
Your not going to gain your weight back, BECAUSE were never going to eat the way we use to, Because we love who we are!
So chin up and hang in there!
Take care for now

I was so glad to find this post and see that I'm not alone. I have been driving myself crazy for the last two weeks in the same position that you are in. I have been thinking what am I doing wrong. I am also at that 80# mark and have been sitting for 2 weeks with a gain of 2 pounds then off 2 pounds, then repeat. I also upped my exercise to double what I was doing but still the same. I was getting so frustrated. Thanks for putting this out there - it made my day to know I'm not alone in this and gave me some new insight.
I too have lost and gained the same couple pounds, but it's been almost a month of yo-yo for me. I went back and looked at my food journal and decided I was eating too much and too many carbs.....it worked - last week I finally lost another lb. I am down 77 lbs in six months, so it looks like I am pretty much where everyone in my time frame is. It does get depressing, tho' especially when ppl ask how you are doing!!! I just tell them
"GREAT"!
