6 months post surgery 100 down but have stalled for the past few weeks.

I am doing the 5 day pouch test. Has anyone else tried it? If so did it work? I am on day 2 and feel so tired and hungry. Tammy

go to the search part of this page and type 5 day pouch test it will give you all the details. You test your pouch and it helps get you out of the carb cycle and back on track! I am on day 3 right now.
