Weekly weigh-in for February 10th, 2008

I am afraid to bring any kind of gaming system into my house, my husband would never get off of it. He already spends to much time on the computer playing games. When I get constipated I go and get my favoriate salads items, baby spinich fresh, crumpled blue chees, some king of nuts either peacons or chasews, and a salad dressing that I like. I will eat at least one salad a day for three to five days and then I am back on track with the bowel department after kicking up the greens. See if that helps any. I still can't eat much fruit, I like it, but it doesn't like me all that well. Feel better. Later Sami Sue

AWESOME ...I just found you all! I had my surgery 8/17/07. Started in 270s down to 160 now. I am slowing way down. My Dr. says when I get to 145 he will remove my skin. I was wondering if anyone can tell me what they eat...I am not sure I am eating right. Thanks for any help, and I am truly thankful for this site and all of you. Best of luck and GOD BLESS!!!

Hi Kathleen... you are really moving to be at 160 lbs...YOU GO GIRL. I have stalled at 187, I go back up to 192 and then back down to 187. I am looking at my protein intake, and cutting back on my bad habit of drinking sweet tea. Getting into the gym. Later Sami Sue
