high weight: 223 lbs day of surgery; 212 lbs date of surgery: 8/14/07 total loss: 66.6 total loss since surgery: 57.6 current weight: 154.4 this week: - 2 pound BUT AFTER VERY VERY VERY LONG STALL I have noticed my hair loss has slowed down, and so has my weight loss...sigh can't I have one slow down without the other.

Hi everyone! I didn't lose any weight this week, but I've had severe constipation. I'm hoping that once I get past this, I'll show a bit of a loss, at least! highest weight: 254 pre-op: 221 surgery date: August 2nd, 2007 today's weight: 163 total loss: 91 lbs.

Hi everyone! I haven't posted in awhile. I'm kinda frustrated. I did finally lose 2 lbs this week. Started at 389 Day of surgery: 329 Feb 3: 262 Loss before surgery 60 Loss after surgery 67 Total 127 I feel like I should have lost more than 67 since surgery. I don't exercise a lot and I am OLD so that could be part of it. but I just keep plugging along!

Pre Op: 368 Day of Surgery:343 Today: 238 Total Loss: 130lbs!!! Surgery Date: 8/20/07 I am loving my new life, I work out like a machinem but love my new addiction to the gym.............you all are doing quite well, keep up the good work.... Happy Valentines Day!

HI all! Happy V Day! I started out 8/17/07 surgery day in the 270s, down to 158 today. It is funny...seems like if I eat a lil something every two hours I loose more quickly. I feel better too. The constipation lady up there (lol sorry that sounds bad) I had the same problem. Drink the water...it will help alot. I also got a jar of baby food prunes. I know it sounds silly, but it sure did work. I was afraid I had a blockage, but my reg. Dr. said a blockage hurts very badly and you know it. I love going to the gym too. For Christmas, Hubby bought me a treadmill. Instead of sitting and watching tv, I just walk slowly. Daily, at the end of the night, I usually walk 4 or 5 miles and burn 600-800 pounds. I just walk at a slow pace, but instead of sitting, I walk. It works...my legs are going down nicely, not real flabby. My belly and arms......whoaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa....u dont wanna know. And um my boobs...Grandma Floppola ok? But I guess you cant have it all right? And I am a Grandma anyone (a young one lol). U all take care and hang in there. Remember we control our success by what and how we eat. Eat to live not live to eat.
