Hope everyone had an awesome Christmas. I did a good job not snacking. Although, I did finally have a piece of chocolate I must admit. Yep, one dark chocolate Hershey's Kiss. i can't believe I only ate one. It tasted soooooo goooood. Preop: 355 lbs Day of Surgery: 335 lbs Today's weight: 267 lbs Total Loss: 88 lbs

highest: 223 lbs day of surgery : 212 lbs surgery date: Aug 14 current: 162.4 (up two pounds) loss since surgery: 49. 6 lbs Oddly my body will hover around 160-165 for 3 or 4 weeks then I will have a loss of 4-6 lbs, instead of the usual 1-2 lbs. Or at least that is how the stalls in the past have been.
