Weekly weigh-in for December 24th

Merry Christmas Everyone! This week has been a s-l-o-w one for weight loss, hopefully next week will be better! Day of surgery - 310# Today - 240# Total loss - 70# This week - 1#

well this is crazy!!! I thought I posted this already!!! ok no problem will just post ONE MORE TIME!! lol Had a bad week! Stalls suck big time....much less gaining!!! Starting weight 318 Today 287 Total 81 this week 2 lb GAIN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I will try and get through this next couple of days and NOT gain more weight....how in the hell can I GAIN weight with the little I am eating is beyond me.... Hugs and Merry Christmas Pamela

It's called water retention. It will drop off, hon. Beginning of journey: 389 Today: 272 This week: 3 60# pre-op 57# post-op 117# total so far!

Pre Op: 303 lbs Surgery Date: 8/29/07 Today: 230bs 2 lbs up this week. keeping up my trend...LOL had some back problems... going do some water PT this or next week... Post op loss for 118 days 73 lbs.

I just saw that I was not the only one to gain... no worries just means that we have more to loose next week... it will come... might be one of those platues (spelling) that every one talks about...

I don't even think about the ups on the scale. I know I am doing what I am supposed to, so I figure it is water weight and will drop off in a day or two. And it does, along with another pound or two. Don't let it get you down! You are doing great Noble.

I totaly agree with that... I go up and down 3 # in a day but I this is the first time I did not end up at a lower number. I hope I will get off the dam pain meds soon so I can start worken out in the least little way... but thanks (however I am sancking too much... I need to start keeping a a log again... starting today.

Highest Weight: 368 surgery Day 8/20- 343 Today's Weight: 259 Total since surgery: 84 Total altogether: 109lbs gone forever! Ill take it! This week: 6lbs!!!! yay......
